- Review of the contractors shop drawings, technical submittals, method of statements, quality plan and
ITP (Inspection Test Plan) for construction activities to ensure that they meet contract requirements
and technical specifications.
- Discuss design clarifications and recommendations to assist in resolving field problems relating to the
construction.
- Prepare and recommend construction contract change orders while maintaining a record of all field
orders, directives, time extensions, requests for information, proposals, and change orders.

- Assist in the evaluation of the designs to get the maximum design efficiency.
- Coordination with sales and marketing departments (verification of sellable area and features and
amenities of the project mentioned in the Sales and Purchase Agreements)
- Following up with local authorities in order to obtain the Land, Project Approvals, and Building Permit.

execution plan.
- Assist in the evaluation of the Pre-qualification documents of the local consultants and contractors.
- Assist in the review and evaluation of all the tender documents (condition of contract, specification,
BOQ, etc.).
- Participate in the Cost control and value engineering sessions in order to achieve the best value for the
investment and to make sure that the project cost stays within the budget.
- Assist in the negotiation stage with all the sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain the best value of the
Project.
Post-Tender Stage Tasks:
- Coordination with the project team members and managing the consultant and contractors.
- Site inspections for all construction trades.
- Safety procedures planning, implementation and liaison with all the government's authorities
- Ensure that the works executed at site are as per the contract requirements.
- Review of the programs of work, programs updates, and key progress indicator.
- Assist in the procurement of direct purchase items, subcontractor packages and recommendation.
- Review and analysis along with the planning department of the contractor’s claims and variation.
- Coordination with facilities management and clients’ relation management teams to handover the
project to the tenants.
