concrete building to be cladded with aluminum cladding and glazed curtain walls.
Duties:
 Progress work monitoring, & participating in preparing weekly & monthly reports
for the clients.
 Assist in preparing variation orders & value engineering studies as per project
requirements & clients’ recommendations.
 Market studies for any provisional sum or prime cost items as indicated in
contract documents and preparations for subcontract agreements.

As-Samra Wastewater Treatment Plant Project replaces the existing overloaded waste
Stabilization ponds with current capacity of 67.000m3/day.
The new plant will be capable of treating an average daily flow of 270,000 m3/day and peak
hour flow of 540.000 m3/day to serve two million residents of the Amman & Zarqa areas.
The effluent from the new plant will meet Jordanian and international environmental
standards for discharge into streams and river valleys.
The scope of the project includes the design, construction, & operation & maintenance of a
new wastewater treatment plant at As Samra near Hashimiyya, Jordan.
Duties:
 Prepared the project finished grading plan coordinated with the sidewalks,
footpaths, roads and surface drainage.
 Prepared complete road markings and road signs drawings.

 Prepared the As-Built structural and architectural drawings for all the process

treatment plant including desalination facilities, at least 6 large pump stations (each with a
capacity of approximately 1.5 m³/s) and about 41 km of large-diameter pipelines extending
from the Dead Sea to Amman.
Duties:
 Review and response to Subcontractor’s request for information (RFI), submit
site instruction forms (SDI) for design modifications.
 Developed plans and utility profiles for outside piping at treatment plant site.
Verified and coordinated process piping work with other utility crossings.
 Responsible for preparation of as built drawings for treatment plant and pump
stations.
 Provide support for construction, including E/M sections for all design related

Cost: US$ 169,000,000 Al Hashimeyyah-Jordan As-Samra Wastewater Treatment Plant Project replaces the existing overloaded waste Stabilization ponds with current capacity of 67.000m3/day. The new plant will be capable of treating an average daily flow of 270,000 m3/day and peak hour flow of 540.000 m3/day to serve two million residents of the Amman & Zarqa areas. The effluent from the new plant will meet Jordanian and international environmental standards for discharge into streams and river valleys. The scope of the project includes the design, construction, & operation & maintenance of a new wastewater treatment plant at As Samra near Hashimiyya, Jordan. Duties:  Prepared the project finished grading plan coordinated with the sidewalks, footpaths, roads and surface drainage.  Prepared complete road markings and road signs drawings.

Amman – Jordan (A CCC Company) - Wadi Ma’in, Zara and Mujib Water Treatment and Conveyance Project Cost: US$125,000,000 Dead Sea-Jordan This project includes the final design, construction and operation of a 53 MCM/yr water treatment plant including desalination facilities, at least 6 large pump stations (each with a capacity of approximately 1.5 m³/s) and about 41 km of large-diameter pipelines extending from the Dead Sea to Amman. Duties:  Review and response to Subcontractor’s request for information (RFI), submit site instruction forms (SDI) for design modifications.  Developed plans and utility profiles for outside piping at treatment plant site. Verified and coordinated process piping work with other utility crossings.  Responsible for preparation of as built drawings for treatment plant and pump stations.  Provide support for construction, including E/M sections for all design related issues.  Verify design submittals for accuracy to Engineer (Consultant).
