Responsibilities :
 Create organization literature and other forms of communications .
 Recommend, implement and maintain daily press releases in the organization
web site.
 Assist directors and CEOs drafting media correspondences across channels.
 Promote services through public relations initiatives.
 Support marketing communications campaigns.
 Deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, executive bios,
corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.

 Prepare monthly analyzing reports of negative media comments and complains to be
included in the new strategies and plans
 Function as member of committees on sensitive issues rendering support to the
director of crisis to ensure smooth passage of messages through media (including
social media )
 Collaborate with internal coordinators and other department heads on evaluation/
mitigation of issues.
 Involved in development of media strategies, policies, procedures, methods and
implementation of new media standards.
 Work with social media and support to cater to the audience.
 Maintain updated e - complains system for the Executive Office of Dubai Electronic
Government.
 Work with advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions,
copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
 Intranet daily messages to employees of new news of RTA.
AD Media Group - Media Relations & Account Manager Nov 2000 – March 2006
Responsibilities:
 Plan and implement impactful PR campaigns
 Develop and lead PR strategies from formulation through to execution aligning them
with the client’s key business objectives
 Combine creativity with knowledge of the media to recognize media angles and
generate positive news coverage, profile pieces and features across a broad media
spectrum
 Ability to write press releases
 Assist in the reporting, analysis and evaluation of PR campaigns
