1. Position: Country Manager
Responsibilities;
Manage the daily and long-term operational goals
Establish departmental policies, yearly objectives, areas of opportunity and goals related to
sales and budgeting.
Oversee the annual budget of the company, making cost recommendations throughout the
year to ensure its adequate management
Responsible for P&L of company, generate revenues following to the company targets
Manage ongoing initiatives surrounding public relations, press, content production, marketing
and editorial calendars.
Develop a digital plan to execute new media in its marketing and public relations strategy.
Initiatives may include developing areas of website, search engine optimization, publishing
platforms, Face book, Twitter and other social media opportunities.
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
Review financial statements and other performance data regularly to maintain continuity
Coordinate with Head Quarter and regional parties.
Deal with customers / guide the sales staffs to do the proposal for particular customers.
Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing or mass communications
Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation and agile
responsiveness
Superior knowledge of media theory, principles and media terminology, including traditional
and social media references
Decisive & effective problem-solving ability
Proven communication and presentation skills: advanced ability to present & sell
recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm & foster
strategic thinking
Be able to deliver the highest standards of customer service
Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, social media analytics knowledge
