Born and bred in Australia, Joanne has spent the majority of
her life enjoying success, both in her professional career
and in her mentoring of others.
Joanne was a successful swimmer holding numerous swimming records and
participated at an international level. As a sort after coach, Joanne has mentored
and coached a number of Olympic Gold medalists and world record holders.
Joanne was a member of the successful Olympic coaching team for the 2008
Beijing Olympics. Most recently English Athletics has engaged Joanne to develop
their coaching teams in readiness for the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Joanne is an active business owner in her own right, and she is well versed
in the importance of promoting a healthy workplace which encourages
excellence. As an educator, psychologist and mentor, Joanne imparts her
