There is also ample opportunity to reflect on your learnings and apply them in the real world. It was great to meet other people at similar stages of their career, in similar situations/companies, but with different perspectives and roles. The collaboration that was encouraged in all the tasks made it easy to pick up on different peoples viewpoints and experiences.
