Developing your personal leadership style and resourcefulness
It has been established that there is no one-size-fits-all mould for a successful leadership style. The key for Women in the Banking and Financial services
industry is to develop an effective leadership and communication style which is congruent with their own values and personality. Regardless of women’s
current position, organisation and goals, it’s vital they expand their current leadership repertoire and discover the characteristics of successful leadership that
will stretch them, inspire others and allow them to reach their career aspirations.
This interactive workshop is designed to allow each participant to explore how they lead at their very best. What personality traits do you bring to your
leadership style? How can you harness this further so that you lead with passion, authenticity and purpose? And how to improve your self-awareness
around staying resourceful and resilient in challenging times and with tricky people.
This workshop will also introduce communication skills around giving feedback and helping women leaders to have difficult conversations in a productive
way including performance conversations with team members, crucial conversations with colleagues, stakeholders and line managers. The experiential-style
sessions will provide opportunities for self-reflection as well as practicing tools in pairs and small groups.

through ICF accredited trainers; she’s a qualified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a certified Enneagram coach. Jacqui is also a
certified Family Coach providing support to families around the parent/teen relationship and works in schools across NSW. jacqui is co-author of a recently
published book about the Enneagram “Knowing Me Knowing Them” which explores how personality impacts parenting style. Jacqui has over 1000
coaching hours. She is a British and Australian citizen and lives in Sydney with her family.

Overcoming unconscious bias - Leading with

substitute delegate in your place at no additional cost. Please advise us of any

to another event run by Liquid Learning Group Pty Ltd. A 10% service fee may

The key for Women in the Banking and Financial services industry is to develop an effective leadership and communication style which is congruent with their own values and personality. Regardless of women’s current position, organisation and goals, it’s vital they expand their current leadership repertoire and discover the characteristics of successful leadership that will stretch them, inspire others and allow them to reach their career aspirations. This interactive workshop is designed to allow each participant to explore how they lead at their very best. What personality traits do you bring to your leadership style? How can you harness this further so that you lead with passion, authenticity and purpose? And how to improve your self-awareness around staying resourceful and resilient in challenging times and with tricky people. This workshop will also introduce communication skills around giving feedback and helping women leaders to have difficult conversations in a productive way including performance conversations with team members, crucial conversations with colleagues, stakeholders and line managers. The experiential-style sessions will provide opportunities for self-reflection as well as practicing tools in pairs and small groups.
