KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• 8 month deployment at Colombo, Srilanka – Responsible for setting up the
Learning and Development team, process implementation, and TNA.
Worked on Organization development and leadership strategy to create a
much more efficient and lean structure.
Leadership development
• 6 month deployment at Trivandrum – Responsible for setting up the
Learning and Development team, process implementation, design and
development of fast track development program for the region. Included
execution of assessment development centre for potential managers,
Leadership development program for senior managers and workshops for
middle managers.
• Fast track development program manager – Responsible for designing and
implementing the fast track development program across APAC region. A
flagship program that focuses on developing in-house managers and creating a
pipeline of middle managers in the organization.
• Platinum Customer Service Lead – A new process to make the organization
deliver high quality customer service. Part of the core team responsible for
designing and developing the frame work of the intervention. This includes
process reengineering, assessment design, content development and
measurement.
• The Leadership Series –A strategic succession of programs that are targeted
at nurturing a “Learning Culture” and serves as a discussion and knowledge
forum for our Leadership team.
• Integration of Office Tiger and RR Donnelley – Part of the core team
responsible for the Cultural integration of OfficeTiger and RRD in 2005.
Travelled to SriLanka and Trivandrum to design and execute “Synergy” – a
program to integrate the culture, brand and process for 7000+ employees
across APAC
