As a creativity trainer and coach, Brian LOVES innovation & entrepreneurship.

Originally from New York, Brian moved to Shanghai in 2007 to drive the change

Lei is originally Shanghainese and after spending 7 years in New York, he came to

he has to change himself. Lei came back to China in 2012. During the past two

Hannes Helander, Intrapreneurship Leader
Hannes' broad experience in Agile and Lean Startup methodologies gives him the
skills to work closely with teams and organizations to improve processes and
maximize the returns of Agile.
He specializes in supporting product and innovation teams focusing on value to
the business and strategic alignment. Hannes has worked for 20 years for
organizations of all sizes and all cultures in Europe and Asia.

Jason Inch, MBA & Author of the book China’s Economic Supertrends
As a professional speaker, Jason has spoken at industry, educational, and public
forums on China's role in the global economy, its environment, and its business
opportunities. From 2007 to 2010 he was an adjunct professor at Benedictine College
and Keiser University campuses in Shanghai, and since 2010 he has taught courses
on China’s economy and cross-cultural communication at Shanghai Jiaotong
University’s MBA-C program for China-based executives.
Before coming to China, Jason worked in the United States, Japan, and his native
Canada as a business consultant and project manager to some of the world’s
largest high-tech companies including HP, Microsoft, and others. In 1995, he founded
his own trading company in Japan and an Internet marketing company in 1997.

and how to get out of them. Whether you are a PA or CEO, these skills will help you take control
of challenging situations, see the way ahead and help others to do so.
Administrative assistants and secretaries have a unique position in a company. This position gives
them access to valuable insight and knowledge, particularly of the key drivers of business. They are
involved, and can observe, how important decisions are made, how priorities are shifted, and how
things get done at the highest levels of the organization. But is this enough to go beyond and
become a leader of a dynamic, growing and sustainable business? It is, if the person has invested in
themselves to understand how, and in what measure, their own personal worth and value impacts
