Constructions, Electronics etc.) The company represents all the food business inside the group. Among
others, The company is the exclusive partner of Lotus Bakery in Belgium. As a subsidiary of the
Company, comes “Chocolate Haven” Factory and different Shops. Recently, we extand the business and
oppened a coffe shop under the name of “Lotus Corner”. My Role in the comapany is to develop the
different sector and to lead the team working under its umbrela.
Duties and Functions
• Manage and leading all company’s divisions.
• Preparing, the debit Notes, business plans and feasibility studies.
• Recruting and hiring experienced employees internal and from outside.
• Creating the identity and Look and Feel of the coffee shop concept.
• Arranging all the Logistic needs (Office Location, Stores, Tructs, Furnitures, Etc…)
• Soliciting new supplyers and products from all over the world by visiting the international
exhibitions to enlarge the company's portfolio.

Sable, Roche, the companies covers all Kuwait area with over than 50 branches served by a team of 40
Stores Managers and In-Charge and over 150 employees . Those branches are supported by a central
factory that is concidered to be one of the biggest Cake Factory in the Middle East. It is also supported
with huge logisitic facilities which contains more than 40 delivery tracks.
My role as Operations Manager was to control all day to day tasks.

International, “President Brand” one of the biggest Cheese maker companies in the world. Since its
inception, I have been selected by the Owners to set up the entity and to be fully responsible in managing

added a lot to my work experience. I was responsible for a team of 50 employees.
