takesa great deal of time and effort.
It isalso importanttorealize thatthe bestplannedlessonisworthlessif interestingdeliveryprocedures,
alongwithgoodclassroommanagementtechniques,are notinevidence.
Theyare skillsthatmustbe researched,structuredtoyourindividual style,implementedina
teacher/learningsituation,andconstantlyevaluatedandrevampedwhennecessary. Consistencyisof
the utmostimportance inthe implementationof aclassroommanagementplan.
