Ms. McClain began her career serving as an elementary teacher for eight years. She is a National Board Certified Teacher. In addition to her classroom duties as a teacher, she has served as a Department Chairperson, Committee Leader, and school-level Testing Coordinator. Ms. McClain transitioned to Elementary Instructional Coach while working on her Educational Administration Masters from Grand Canyon University. As an instructional coach, she worked with a diverse group of teachers and approximately 400 students.
