The project is a productivity project which depends on a deep-dive
analysis of the process, determination of the value added and non-value
added operations at the process and optimization of work load of the
operator.
By elimination of a process step and automatisation of the other process
step, idle time of the operator was increased and operator can be able to
serve a 2nd machine.
