The Industrial Training Center (ITC) at Tamar has been setup under the governance of TSSDS to move forward in the direction of developing the technical skill of the youth in the area. NTTF has been appointed by TSSDS to run the institute and facilitate gainful placement of the trained candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Perform inspections of parts.
 Rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as required.

2.  Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.
 Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
 Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
 Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
 Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.
 Work with production management and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly
procedures.
 Perform review of Device History Records and other documentation for compliance to established procedures and Good
Documentation Practices

 Process planning & process follow-up of new die manufacturing.
 All machining responsible and machining follow up for new tools.
 Assembly and tool proving.
 Support Production in initial stage of a new tools trial.
 Ensuring the Quality of parts and Tool modification
 Elements responsible for all machining and machining follow up.
 Assembly and tool provding.
 Maintain tooling consumables and other tool room inventory.
 Review inventory and requisition tool needs based on production.
 Maintain a clean and safe working environment for tool set up.
 Inspect and maintain fixture.
