Maintained 100% accountability of a large section of equipment worth over £100 million
during multiple overseas deployments.
Project managed and led a small team which redesigned a fuel system on a particular
armoured vehicle, the result of such action resulted in a substantial saving of £1.8 million
over the life of each vehicle, thus giving an overall saving of £561 million.
The first ever project team to complete a huge scale LEAN line, which was to rehabilitate
over 1000 vehicle with a 100% success rate in Canada during a small, four month window
in the harsh winter months.
After leaving the forces all efforts were turned to renovating various types of houses, this
included all construction aspects: plumbing, electrics and carpentry. My project managing
experience gave me the knowledge to interact with the authorities and councils, applying
for relevant work permits making all building projects fully up to code, and completing in
a timely seamless manor.
