R&R maintain Hard and Soft copy with password protection.

MAINTENANCE
MACHINE AND MOLD MAINTENANCE
 Reporting to MD and GM for Daily reporting and Maintenance.
 Attending Machines related major Breakdown. & Execution of new developments & improvements inside the Plant. &
analyzing the nature of breakdown & organizing for spares, repairing jobs maintaining good quality of job.Organizing &
verifying Preventive maintenance and breakdown Maint. & organize manpower for priority wise breakdown Maint. &
Project Work.
 Training given to engineers in shifts for breakdown maintenance of m/c & utilities.
 Maintain ISO, TPM &Implement 5S, KAIZEN.
 Preparing Calibration Schedule, Verification and Maintenance of Calibration records. & Co-ordination with External
Agency for Calibration.
 New Plant Installation Project, mold,M/C Installation & Commissioning, utility installation and commissioning like
(Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor) take trial and production approval.
 Monitoring Production Operations & Mould change running smoothly as per The Production Planning.& Set Process
Parameter for all production machines OEE & final Inspection as per Master Sample.
 Maintenances &Handling of Hot Runner Mould & Other Types.
 Maintenance Hot runner Controller electronic and electrical maintenance.
 Rectification & Improvement of Mould & Mould Maintenance.
 Ttraining given to Engineers/new recruits in shift for breakdown maintenance for M/C utilities.
 Maintenance of PLC & injection molding machine electrical and hydraulic maintenance.
 Knowledge of Pneumatic / Hydraulics, electrical and electronic System.
 Meticulously monitor & improve OEE, efficiency, productivity, per person output, MTBF and reduce Break down, change
over, MTTR and other production losses.
 Facilitate new mould trials and material as per plan; prepare monthly report related to production & maintenance.
 Maintain discipline & safety of workmen in & around the work place; maintain the ISO/TS 16949 documents.
 Knowledge of all processing machines like injections molding,Blow Molding utility machines like ferromatic Milacron 80
to 910, chillier, cooling tower, MTC, Dryer/Loader so many electrical and electronic machines and utility.
EELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC MAINTENANCE
 Installation and commissioning of fire alarm system, all alarm system, CCTV, Access control system all electrical and
electronic systems, all sensor.
 Maintenance and hand on expertise fault finding PLC, AC drive, Injection molding machine, all machine, all electrical
and electronic equipment/instrument systems, all utility. Hands on expertise , Pressure Transmitter, Temperature
Transmitter, RTD, Thermocouple, Zero Speed Switch, Flow Transmitter, Pressure Gauge, Control Valve, Damper
Actuator, Limit Switch, Proximity Switch, Level Sensors Etc.
 Hands on experience in assembly of electronic devices, wireless network installation
 Knowledge of Fault finding, Programmming Maintenance electrical and electronic as wel as Mechanical A C Drive &.
D.C Drive Make - L&T ABB,Delta Siemens. (1.5Kw to 800Kw) repairing.
 Installation and programming of Variable Frequency Drives
 Maintenance of UPS and DI/DO card, all electronic card Like Hot runner card, MTC, Chiller all utility Connection
Wiring & Termination of Field Cable as per Drawing.
 Handling phone conversation unit (PC BASE), Access control system (Hardware & Software) and CCTV Camera System
with DVR, IP Camera, Projector, Video Conference system.
 Good knowledge about trace printed circuit board by using circuit diagram. I had clear well All of the shorts in
electronics circuits’ boards. Knowledge about all electronics components`Good knowledge about clear all problems in
mobile board.
 Recording of time to time reading of various equipment like, PAC, UPS, DG etc
 Maintenance of electrical equipment like DG- set, Power Plant (SMPS) Battery Bank, AC, Capacitor bank, HT & L.T
Panel, Control panels & other Electrical accessories in premises.
 Implement and oversee the preventive maintenance programmed to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical
equipment.
 Also maintain document on monthly qualterly, half yearly,yearly basis for planed preventive maintenance of
equipment as per the audit standards
 Testing of PCBs Connectors, power supplies and Signal Conditioners
 Final designing Fault finding in PCB & Circuit providing a comprehensive fault finding and repair service.
 Preparing documentation, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining
reportsfor facilitating decision making by the management

Responsible for all commodities and parts i.e. sheet tal/Rubber/Plastic/Machining/Fasteners etc.
Developed long term sources for plastic molding by vendor consolidation and introduction of new sources.
