 Assistant manager : JSW Steel coated products ltd. Kalmeshwar March 2021- present
 Planning and Execution of major mechanical maintenance activities of CRM-6HI,4HI,Skin pass
mill,RGM,SBM. ensuring human and equipment safety.
 Delays analysis & corrective action implementation related to Mechanical team.
 Drive improvement activities like Kaizen, Quality circle and TPM etc. in the department
 Optimize maintenance cost Plan and control procurement of stores and spares to keep the inventory
levels within target. Review of critical spare planning Identification and evaluation of vendors, periodic
review of vendor’s performance and capability building as per the gaps identified.
 Ensure people involvement in improvement activities (Suggestion management, Quality Circles,Mock
drills)

weight at CRM. Represented JSW at ICQCC 21 Hyderabad and secured “Par excellence” award
 Project - Hydraulic testing power pack for testing of hydraulic equipment.
 Kaizen - Safety arrangement for protection of source of CPC unit at 6HI mill
 Kaizen - Air oil filling arrangement at Roll stand of Cold rolling mill for proper lubrication of roll chock.
 Project-Installation of new CPC system at 6HI and 4HI mills for increasing speed in 1st pass from
200 to 400 mpm
 Hydraulic valve stand modification in Skinpass mill
