Production Planning & Management
 Planning day-to-day activities, production schedules and allocating work for achieving of weekly production targets in
Assembly shop & Machine shop
 Coordinate with PPC to plan production based on market requirement and Adjusting schedules as needed & ensure
availability of required raw material and packing material suppliers for timely feedback on supply/quality issues and resolv e
the same & coordinate material movement and shipment plan.

 Handle Assembly modifications to implement improvements in safety of operating personnel, quality of
manufactured parts, and productivity/cycle time of machinery/equipment.
 Regular review of Assembly performance, make action plans for continuous improvement of product quality, productivity,
safety, operating cost and coordinate with third party for implementation of these action plans.
 Implement and monitor utilization of resources (including manpower, plant & machinery) during the shift and review from
time to time
 Knowledge in GD&T and their measuring instruments like linear height gauge . Profile Projector, Surface Finish Tester
etc
 Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work
within the budget.
 Take lead in implementation of TPM & Lean Manufacturing/OJT,3C, kanban, 5S, SGA, FIFO, concepts/tools/techniques to

 Select the supplier with purchase dept & Generate the PR/Indent and receive quotation and Compare the quotation based on
technical specification and coordinate with Procurement/Purchase dept
 Conducting training programs time-to-time to enhance the skills of the subordinates and able to train operators on Machine
shop and Assembly operations as a result gain improved productivity.
 Coordinate with tooling for availability and up keeping of tools and maintenance for up keeping of machines and
equipment
 Participate in Safety initiatives to maintain the Safe working environment to avoid accident
 Support the team to maintain machines, develop tools & equipments, facilities, gauges, jig & fixtures etc., to high
performance data during normal production.
 Development and training of people on the shop floor, manage 3 shift executives, one each in every shift.
 Ensure adherence of production processes to safety, health and environment policies and standards & identifying training.
