1. Executive – Real Estate

The position will be responsible for:
 Handling and screening calls in general and attending to enquiries from prospective tenants and
brokers
 Ensure rent notices are sent out in advance (at least 90 days) to all tenants and maintain log
register with acknowledgement received from tenant.
 Advertise empty leases on the internet, building notice boards and brokers
 Liaise with a wide range of internal and external customers, including customers, suppliers and
other senior executives
 Perform diary management - arranging meetings internal and external
 Manage meetings - local, regional, international
 Manage regular staff communications (meetings/calls/ sites) -weekly/monthly, local and
regional
 Prepare draft correspondence and provide sufficient background information for the
Senior Executives to approve such correspondence.
 Perform redrafting of documents, using word comparison systems.
 Alert the senior Executives to property maintenance and leasing problems,upcoming deadlines
and ongoing commitments, preparing materials and researching background information as
needed
 Assist with the preparation of financial budgets. Manage suppliers, arrange for quotations and
arrange payment of invoices
 Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports, including briefing materials for concept leaders
 Conduct research for projects / reports / presentations / meetings online and offline as directed.
Skills
 Selling, Negotiating, Demonstration and Presentation skills
 Outstanding English and Arabic communication, both verbal & written
 Excellent understanding of the Real Estate local/global market and process in the lifecycle of a
real estate transaction.
 Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
 Possession of a Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
 Professional and resilient -- and the ability to cope with rejection
