JobDescription:
Provide assistance to the Property Manager in all areas of the operation of the property, including but not
limited to the following main tasks:
Maintain necessary records of all financial transactions for the property
Responsible for the collection of rents and handle and monitor delinquency control
Ensure that all accounting policies are properly executed in a timely matter to successfully
generate a suitable cash flow in order to guarantee the financial goals set by the
property/company
Analyze moving package to make sure that all addendums and balance due are accurate before
move-ins
In charge of all deposits accounting documentation are properly completed and accurate
Maintain records and keep close attention to potential evictions and process (resident)
accordingly (Brown Lee)
Keep control of all the aspect of the collection process (NCC Business)
Process Accounts Receivable according with company policies and procedures and prepare bank
deposits and ensure daily deposits are made
In charge of Account Month End (AME)
Additional duties:
Actively participate in maintaining good resident relations in the community and the main contact
person for bilingual residents
Show apartments to prospective residents as needed
Assist Manager and co-workers as needed such as answering the phone, input and close work
orders, signed lease renewals,etc
Inspect apartment and property as needed
Collect and deposit laundry rooms income
Actively participate in communities events

I started working on this industry in February, 2006 with Drucker and Falk, as a leasing agent, but I have
more than 20 years of Customer Service Experience in many difference areas like hotel (Night Auditor/
Front Desk), call center (CDC National Immunization Hotline), Airlines (Airport Sales Agent and
Ticketing for United formally Continental Airline). Never been terminated, and I am always open for
better opportunities.
I would like to be able to get my CAM, CPA or any other training available that help me to increase my
probabilities to growth as a professional of this industry.
