Real Estate Manager:
Responsible for providing programs and services to the tenants in a most cost effective manner vis-à-vis
rentals, tenant rights and responsibilities.
Marketing real estate portfolios in a corporate, effective and professional manner to ensure optimum
occupancy.
Protect organizational interests and ensure organizational planning, budgeting, coordination, negotiating
and scheduling skills.
Screen potential tenants for strategic-fit, determine credibility and ensure tenants comply with the
terms and conditions during the lease period and ensure property well-being and upkeep, security &
safety.
Manage contractors and budgets, ensuring technical resources are allocated to meet the remedial
needs/ demands.
Interact with Ministries and Municipal Regulatory agencies, in addition to industry associations, to
ensure compliance with applicable legislation and codes of practice.
Manage public consultation activities related to Tenant Services activities.
Negotiate contracts and explore better methods of implementing Tenant Services programs, keeping all
records up to date; gathering and analyzing statistics.
Conducting regular inspections of the property for damages, security and safety concerns; and ensure
adequate management and statutory reports are documented and circulated.
Provide management counselling to tenants and facilitate tenant move-in and move-outs
Formulate correspondences, manage contractual deliverables, legal compliances, and facilitate repairs
and maintenance.
Ensure that all property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up-to-date in accordance with
company policy.
Respond to tenant requests and problems in a timely and courteous manner.
Dispatch vendors to correct issues and follow-up with the tenant to ensure satisfactory resolution of the
issue.

Serves as the point of contact for production companies when organizing events logistics
Oversees the archiving and retrieval of materials for past events.
Formulates departmental and special event budgets, goals, objectives and priorities; ensures the efficient
utilization of allocated resources
Keeps abreast of developments in the field by engaging in professional development activities contributes
to the development of the HCT by participating in HCT system and college management teams; by
observing and implementing College and system-wide policies and procedures; and by participating in
extra-curricular activities and community events
Travels to other HCT colleges to attend meetings, workshops and conferences as required
