Administrative Officer:  Participating in HCT activities and events just like conferences, exhibitions & graduation ceremonies  Responsible for the legal registration of the new joint companies with CERT  Commercial trade licence renewal with Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and other government departments.  Prepare all Arabic correspondence & letters for CERT projects with deferent government departments. and provide Arabic translation if needed.  Coordinate and arrange logistics for event.  Liaison with guest speakers and invited dignitaries  Coordinate production of printed and other materials required for HCT events  Coordination of catering, accommodation, travel etc.  Monitoring of event budgets and reconciliation of invoices collect payments REFERENCES Available upon request
