2. DEMOGRAPHICS
Age Group: The age group that I will be mainly focusing on is
people from the ages of 16–25-year-olds as that was our given
target audience. However, by a survey that I created I found
that most of my audience is from the ages of 16-21 years old.
This will also allow the older generation to see Sunderland how
they knew it when they were growing up and see the history
that they heard of when they were younger.
Gender: With my product I am not aiming it towards any
specific gender, even with my survey results of both male and
female being split evenly at 50% each. I have decided to not
aim it towards any gender.
Education: With the target audience being older teenagers to
young adults, they would normally be starting college to
leaving university. By looking at my survey results I can see
that all of my audience are attending college at this current
time.
Location: With my project being based around Sunderland/ the
northeast I have chosen to stay within these areas to make this
project relevant to the brief. 2

4. CHALLENGES

documentary is around music I might have
