Project Summary: The Joint Development project of the PL19-3(Phase II) and the PL25-6 Oil Field (“Bohai
Phase II development project”) is located in the Bohai sea off the Northeastern coast of the People’s Republic of
China (PRC) in the center of Block 11/05, approximately 216 km East of Tanggu and 140 km Southwest of
Dalian. The facilities will include three 40 slot remote wellhead platform, one 24 slot remote wellhead platform, a
central production complex (CPC) consisting of a Riser/Utility platform and a 40 slot wellhead platform, and a
new build FPSO. ConocoPhillips & CNOOC will jointly manage the design, procurement, construction, topside
integration, commissioning, offshore installation, hook-up and start-up.

Compressors, Gas Suction Scrubbers and Discharge Gas Cooler, etc.

The new build FPSO is of double hull construction and capable of processing 190,000 BOPD (oil) with 510,000
