Engineering, Construction and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management particularly in the
field of oil and gas industry.
Eleven years of experience in Azerbaijan on Construction of Oil and gas platforms, Oil rigs, Oil
Pumping stations on pipeline, Barges, Hydrocarbon plant, Cement plant, Yard Upgrades and other
various project.
More than fourteen years of experience in electrical design and construction of a Petrochemical Plant
Projects in United Arab Emirates and the Middle East. It includes Aluminium plant, onshore
fabrication of oil rigs and offshore platforms.
Two years of experience in Electrical Distribution Line Design for industrial, commercial and
residential establishments either by installation of transformer or extension of facilities in accordance
with MERALCO Standards and Specifications. One year experience for the construction of a Diesel
Engine Power Plant Project.

 Review and evaluate the requirement of engineering anddesign as stipulatedin the EPC Contract.
 Establish design and drawing deliverables register with target submission dates anddiscussed with the
client.
 Attend project meeting with the client to discuss engineering relatedissues.
 Lead the design team to produce engineering calculations i.e. loadflow &short circuit analysis (ETAP)
cable sizing & voltage drop calculation, lighting illumination calculation (Dialux), cable tray andconduit
fill calculation.
 Delegate works to design engineers andcheck drawings produced i.e. Single line, schematic, block
diagram, wiring & termination diagram, layout drawings, installation details andsections, earthing,
lightning protection, ILD’s, hook-up drawing including cable schedule, DB schedule, equipment list,
instrument list, etc.
 Review vendor drawings, data sheets and specifications of materials andequipment andapprovedprior to
procurement to ensure compliance with the project requirements. Ensure that all material andequipment
are approvedand issued for procurement on time.
 Ensure that all design deliverables are approvedandissuedfor construction on schedule.

bag packing and bulk loading using Siemens PLC Control System &fibre opticcables interfacedto the
existing Soviet system equipment.
 Conductedengineering surveys on the existing electrical system(Soviet Standard) from 6KV down to 380V
consumers and establishedsingle line drawings on AutoCADformat.
 ConductedSafety Audit Survey on the existing electrical system installation. Preparedreport highlighting
