SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS:-
 Single handily conceptualised, developed & set up the first ever 100 member E&I department in
Dolphin Offshore which helped elevate bidding competency of the company into EPC contracts. Being
able to bid for small E&I contracts, the department has evolved into an independent profit making
centre.
 Bagged the ‘Most Valued Member of Staff Award’ for the year 2006. The award was conferred in
recognition of acute techno-commercial acumen which resulted in company posting a net saving of US$
1.1 Million both from NQD and ICP project.
 Demonstrated management of the largest project ever executed by the company (US$ 33.5 Million )
including but not limited to tendering, engineering, installation, commissioning. Was at the center of
affairs in concluding a smooth & timely handover for 12 well head platform, 3 process platform & 54
km of subsea composite cabling.
 Reflecting personal commitment to operational excellence; planned, executed & handed over 24
wellhead platform of ONGC vis-à-vis Fire & Gas Detection project full 90 days before the contractual
date. This was further complimented by zero punch lists which resulted in ONGC issuing an excellent
Letter of Appreciation personally recognizing this effort.
 Directed & controlled the first ever activity not only in India but the Asian continent of extremely high
pressure hook-up tubing followed by testing at 1760 Bar.
 Successfully managed the start-up & commissioning of critical of two phase cyclonic separator & three
phase separator along with other relevant systems passing the crucial benchmark of 72 hours of nonstop
operation; all this without the qualified & approved vendor support who could be present for some
reason.

2.  Was handpicked for my first international assignment for Tanzania as Project in-charge for Songo:
Songo Gas Development project. The stint lasted 11 months and profile was holistic with several
responsibilities. The execution bagged several appreciations & rewards including a special mention of
appreciation by the chairman of Larson & Toubro.
