Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform monthly compliance checks to meet relevant deadlines.
• Provide support for the preparation of reviews and production of trustee reports for funds for each year-end
• Co-ordinate reviews and checks required to ensure funds are in compliance with fund documentation and Irish Financial
Services Regulatory Authority (IFSRA) regulations.
• Support and assemble the reporting requirements for the Board of the Fund.
• Work and train closely with my team.
• Participate and contribute to team meetings
• Log breaches/errors onto the breaches register.
• Adhere to strict AIFMD/UCITS regulation.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties on issues relating to the funds as required.
