To assist in managing day to day running of the branch, making sure that it is cost effective and efficient while
meeting all customer needs and obligations. To continually contribute to the improvement of branch security and

 Liaise with customers and other Company managers and staff (in writing/orally/in person) concerning
day-to-day operational activities.
 Work closely with the branch general manager in targeting new business and managing the existing
customer profile. Building strong relationships with our customers identifying growth and ensuring the

Performance
 Maintain all aspects of administration to a high standard. Ensures Company IT systems are up to date
and checked as and when required.
 Make sure records are maintained for audit purposes.
