I have over five years of experience in management & customer service. After graduating from school in
2011, I pursued a degree in Management at Victoria University and decided to take a gap year in 2014.
After working full-time in a customer based environment and managing staff, I have now returned to
studies at Victoria, majoring in Information systems & Management to further complement my
experiences so far.
I am currently employed with KFC Kent Terrace as a shift supervisor. I have held this position for over 3
years now due to my diligent work ethic. I am now seeking a practical full-time role which challenges me
further. Having worked in a primarily customer centric environment, my strengths are being patient and
able to adapt to emotionally challenging situations. I offer a proven work ethic, flexibility, and enthusiasm
