challenging position that can give me an opportunity to improve the customers’ experience for
Enterprise accounts (Non Key, Budget SME & Large Segment)
Job responsibilities included:
• Tracking customers in order minimize write-offs and improve the company’s revenue.
• Creating good rapport with the customers and arranging for a comfortable repayment plan.
• Determining if a debt isn't collectable and whether to write it off after thorough skip tracing.
• Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and
review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account
adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
• Making collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections

end user satisfaction. Coordination with team over mail and telephone. Act as link between end
user and higher level support. Manage and maintain IT asset inventory. Coordination with Du SD
team and other IT Team in DU.
