Responsibilities 
• Directly managing a staff complement of 15 – Warehouse. 
• Directly managing a staff complement of approximately 80 – Manufacturing. 
Production Planning & Execution: 
• Ensuring that the production plan is adhered to and liaising with the Planning Department when required. 
• Performing weekly managing based on capacity requirements. 
• Attending production meetings. 
Performance Standards: 
• Ensuring that charge hands meet targets. 
• Investigating all incidents where standards are not met and taking corrective action. 
• Planning and executing Team meetings. 
• Liaising with customers regarding technical problems where possible. 
• Providing weekly department performance reports, e.g. Make readies, down time, running speeds and 
throughputs.
