Our crane will service the various
areas of the GBS with numerous
construction equipment and materials
to be used during the first half of the
project.

Total Cost: $853,000
Conclusions
Designed two reinforced concrete
foundations with 4 post‐tensioned rock
anchors each
Crane will be dismantled after construction
No need to chip out concrete, which is flush
with the bottom of the cove
Only need to torch off crane embedments
for GBS to pass safely
Considerations
Ease of construction
Access to and from the site surrounding the GBS
with materials and equipment
Limited amount of demolition for foundation before
GBS tow out.
