2. Front cover
 No barcode – cluttered the page, looked less sophisticated
 Preferred the peach/pink masthead colour rather than the grey – added more
warmth to the page due to the background being dark
 Preferred the image of model looking over her shoulder – more personality is
conveyed. Seemed more welcoming.
 Preferred the navy gradient on the background rather than the one solid
colour.

3. contents
 The contrast in font colour of the features in the artcile looked good and suited the
sub-images.
 Well structured and layout was good.
 Thought the silhouette is a great idea but thought the positioning of the silhouette
(centred with the text) looked too generic so moving the silhouette over may work
and allow more room for images.
 Suggestion of adding website link and online feature to broaden target audience.

4. Double page spread
 Preferred the image of model looking up however, the second image did
suit the article too.
 Thought the second image was too bright and distracting whereas the
other image was subtle and suited the main coverline well.
 Suggestion: make the image more intense so the colour is more vivid but
only subtly.
 Unanimous decision of white font over black
