Summary of my work responsibility like Area Logistics Manager
 Functional and Executive Area Manager interface for the DOL(Di rector of Logistics) for
functions as follows:
- Subcontractor technical representatives LEAD (STR-Lead);
- Point of Contact (POC) with subcontractor administrators and subcontracted
company;
- Subcontract performance assessment (SPA) Lead for the subcontracted services;
- Managing and supervising the Logistics supervisors and logistics coordinators how
they are planning, ordering, transferring, excess and tracking materials, equipment’s,
parts and consumables needed for their Areas, Sites daily operations and p rocessing
those on specific Site’s (intra theater support);
- Managing and supervising the Areas Logistic supervisors and Sites Logistic
coordinators how they are supervising and tracking subcontracted company for

- Planning and updating the sites ASL materials reordering and excess lists;

 Preparation and participation in NATO ISAF mission in HQ

From July 2008 to end of January 2009 I was 6 and half months In NATO-ISAF mission in
Kabul in HQ ISAF, Base support group like executive officer in Macedonian Force Protection
Company. I has been responsible for four Macedonian and one UK platoons.
Preparation for FP mission in Kabul HQ ISAF in Afghanistan.
- planning mission personnel,
- planning additional personnel for mission(reserve)
- all administrative documentation for mission personnel:
- administration
- security, safety, background check
- planning, organization and control the company training and exercise
- planning, organize and execute all necessary ranges with the company
- all logistics preparation for company training and exercises on the ground
- all administrative preparation for mission in Afghanistan
- all logistics preparation for mission in Afghanistan
Responsibilities due to FP mission in Kabul HQ ISAF in Afghanistan
- Reweaving and assessment of received security treat information’s for the Area of
responsibility;
- Preparing patrol matrix and planning patrols;
- Preparation of the personnel for the patrols;
- Reviewing patrols field reports;
- Completing weekly summary report for each (mobile and food) patrol;
- Planning and organizing the GSP (general support platoon) manpower -responsible
to support HQ ISAF base activities as a part of BSG (escorting and supervising LN’s
and Other country nationals workers),
- Operations on ECP’s, providing physical security, control base entry access points
on Gates and on restricted classified areas,
 I was responsible to co-ordinate, control, plan and support all activities on
the FP personnel due to the manual/visual searches of vehicles and
personnel,
 I was responsible to make sure that FP personnel were following all
procedures and regulations regarding prohibited items on the compound’s
entrance,
 Responsible for organization and control work on Scanners and biometric
systems with Fingerprints and Iris Scans on Gate.
 Operating body and baggage scanners, iris scaner within the Entrance in the
ISAF HQ to ensure the safety of the compound and restricted areas by
identifying prohibited and restricted/hazardous items,
 Responsible for organization and control work on Scanners and biometric
systems with Fingerprints and Iris Scans on Gate.
 Ensuring that all scanning activities/operations are completed in a
professional and safe manner
 Use of X-ray equipment for detecting both metallic and non-metallic objects
- Performing inspections and surveys associated to activities, property, material and
equipment located within the assigned boundaries of operation.
- Responsible to enforce Base access policy and procedures in accordance with SOP
231
- Also I cooperate with other staff in Base support group, (British transportation
Company, Engineers, Military Police, MWA, Billeting, Firefighting time, J2,

Company 2000-2007
In this period I was responsible for following activities:
- Force protection platoon in NATO HQ “Camp Able Centre” in Petrovac 2006-2007;
- Responsible for Logistics platoon and communication squad;
- Company administration ;
- Company operations, plans for trainings and exercises;
 Force protection platoon in NATO HQ “Camp Able Centre” in
Petrovac 2006-2007
Beside my regular duty like Logistics Platoon Commander/Deputy Company Commander in
period from 2006 until the end of 2007 I also was assigned as a Commander on Force
Protection Platoon in NATO HQ “Camp Able Centre” in Petrovac, Skopje Republic of
Macedonia.
I that period(2006-2007) besides my regular duties I also was responsible for:
- Preparations of SOP’s and personnel for taking over force protection duty in NATO
HQ camp in Petrovac
 Preparation for handover takeover of Force protection duty from Hungarian
FP platoon;
 Preparation Force protection SOP’s according NATO rules and regulation;
 Exercises, trainings and preparations on FP personnel for taking over FP
duty in Camp Able center in Petrovac;
- Force protection on NATO HQ Camp Able Center in Perovac. Due that period I was
responsible for:
 Planning personnel, shifts for one week rotation system;
 Trainings, planning and supervise force protection sections commanders and
soldiers assigned on that duties;
 Preparation personnel for next week shift;
 Leading and supervise the section commander and soldiers assigned to
operate Main Gate entrance point, people and vehicles search in
accordance with SOP 231;
 Leading, organizing and supervising actual shift on all points in accordance
with Base Alert system levels;
 Supervising the CCTV team (section commander and soldiers) who were
assigned to over watch monitors and fence observations;
 Training, organizing and supervising QRF team personnel for patrols;
 Completion on daily summary reports to the IMP commander;
 Completion on weekly summary reports to the BSG commander;
 Planning, organizing and supervising activities on FP personnel in case of
counter insurgence attacks and exercises;
 Cooperation with the MP, and Firefighter personnel in the Camp;
 Logistics platoon and communication squad responsibilities
2000-2007.
In the Logistics platoon I had few different logistics sections for battalion support that I was
responsible for. Like acting deputy company commander I also over watched the
communication squad too. Trainings spread sheets, exercise plans, administrations
requirements were part of my regularly daily activities. Below I will describe my daily activities
for each Logistics section that I had under my command.
 Food support in Military restaurant and restaurant warehouses-responsible :
- For supervise the food service foreman (Food crevice section commander) and
DFAC workers (professional soldiers) and warehouse foreman (NCO) and workers in
process of preparing meals in military barracks;
- To maintain and improve the quality of prepared food and Food service in general;
- To manage, and over watching process of planning food reserves, ordering and
storing;
- To increase hygiene, safety issues and maintain the smooth running of the
operation;
- To managing and supervising all activities in the kitchen, dining facilities and DIFAC
warehouse;
- To ensure meals per shift are ready on time and according to required Military SOPs;
- To organize HSE trainings for the DFAC staff and to control them that they are
implemented on daily basis;
- To ensure that all security procedures are adhered to, and
- To ensures a safe and sanitary working environment.
 Warehouse, experience:
- To supervise the work and all activities of the supply and warehouse foreman (supply
and warehouse section commander) and his workers (professional soldiers);
- In military supply warehouses and inventory procedures involving cross-referencing
commercial part numbers. I have working knowledge of scheduling techniques,
cargo transport, loading procedures, and computer literacy;
- I have proven leadership, management experience in a warehouse and possess
excellent people skills, commercial awareness, and customer service skills, transport
support, maintenance, support systems, supply concepts and procedures. Storing all
material in designated locations per specification and special handling requirements,
 Transportations, vehicles repairing and maintenance responsible:
- To supervise the NCO for transport and maintenance (transport and maintenance
section commanders), and their transportation, maintenance and vehicle repairing
workers (professional soldiers);
- To assure that all drivers are conducting daily vehicles inspections properly and
reporting any conditions requiring service and/or repair.
- To plan and enforce safety requirements on the drivers and to supervise the
assigned soldiers on Life support transport missions
- Ensure highest level of vehicle and staff safety through compliance with all assigned
procedures, plans, and programs
- Supervision and assistance on the company administrator in preparations of the
operational reports and perform other administrative duties if needed:
- Participate in convoy planning and enforce safety discipline and rules during convoy
operations.
 Fuel distribution system responsibilities
- To supervise the fuel distribution system foreman (fuel distribution system section
commander) and fuel station operators (professional soldiers).
- To plan, organize, supervises and coordinates all activities of workers on fuel station and
conduct inspections;
- Supervise the dispensing process of fuel into vehicles, transferring fuel from trucks to
the tanks and/or bladders, and tanks to the trucks;
- Supervise, monitoring and control how the operators(soldiers) are operating fuel at
storage areas, how they are conducting fuel inventory and are they following the fuel
distribution Health and Safety rules and regulations;

the company. All companies, platoons and sections deliverables from and to Battalion sections were

Born : 25 January 1978 Kumanovo, Macedonia Gender: Male Work Experience  AREA LOGISTICS MANAGER- FLUOR AFGHANISTAN To support US ARMY services on LOGCAP IV task order 5  Shank, Fenty and Salerno Area’s Logistics Manager, since 13th of July 2013 Summary of my work responsibility like Area Logistics Manager  Functional and Executive Area Manager interface for the DOL(Di rector of Logistics) for functions as follows: - Subcontractor technical representatives LEAD (STR-Lead); - Point of Contact (POC) with subcontractor administrators and subcontracted company; - Subcontract performance assessment (SPA) Lead for the subcontracted services; - Managing and supervising the Logistics supervisors and logistics coordinators how they are planning, ordering, transferring, excess and tracking materials, equipment’s, parts and consumables needed for their Areas, Sites daily operations and p rocessing those on specific Site’s (intra theater support); - Managing and supervising the Areas Logistic supervisors and Sites Logistic coordinators how they are supervising and tracking subcontracted company for following services:  Laundry services;  Water production services (potable and non-potable)  Water distribution services operated by Fluor and subcontracted company;  Solid waste disposal services ;  Waste water disposal services;  Chemical latrines services;  Responsible for coordination with customers-US Government and subcontracted company due to: - Opening services on new sites;
  • 2. - Changes and new directions from the customers on existing sites; - New work assessments, planning and ordering materials for new services; - Assessments for de-scoping sites, cessation on services and excess of materials to other sites; - Tracking of daily average amount that contracted services are doing and requesting- initiating quantity adjustments if actual average usage exceeds authorized quantities  Reports as follows: (Some of these reports are prepared by other departments and I just review it to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. - Logistics Statistics report– DOL (LOGREP); - CDR-Contract daily Report CDR for the AO’s; - LOGREP for the Areas of responsibilities; - DOL SME slides for the Areas of responsibilities; - DOL BI weekly personnel accountability report for the Areas of responsibilities; - Fleet Status Report (City Service) for the Areas of responsibilities; - Laundry CDR’s, LOGREP and SPA’s for the Areas of responsibilities; - Water Distribution LOGREP; - Monthly summary report for all services in the Areas of responsibilities; - Subcontracted equipment and materials tracker report; - ORR for equipment, and servicing vehicles-trucks.  Subcontract technical representative LEAD (STR Lead) responsible to: - Designate subcontract technical representatives (STR’s) executive lead and STR’s within my functional area; - To provide STR’s Executive lead and STR’s with instruction, oversight, and guidance to ensure completion of SPAs; - Verify that contractor is performing technical requirements; - Record and report to the Subcontract administrator (SCA) about any issues regarding the acceptability of the work, quality, timeliness or other issues relating to subcontract performances; - Maintain a file with copies of training certificates and Letters of Designation for all STRs in my Functional areas; - Copy of the Statement(s) of Work pertaining to each functional area; - Contact List of SCA’s that support the subcontracts in each functional area; - Copies of all assessments completed within each functional area; - Compile all assessments performed within each functional area and provide to the SCA no later than the last day of the month in which they are conducted; - Notify the SCA immediately in the event of any significant non‐conformances on the part of the subcontractor;  Planning and processing the ASL, IPR’s and critical MRF’s tracking for the Areas of responsibilities - Planning and updating the sites ASL materials reordering and excess lists; - Follow quantity and status of ordered materials, consumables, parts and supply for the sites in the area of responsibilities; - Storage, stock control, inventory and issuing supplies and consumables to the subcontractors in the area of responsibilities.  Tracking and working on all new projects and services, LOTD’s, CO’s and ECO’s received from the ACO(government Administrative Contractual Officer ) for each sites in the areas of responsibilities  All needed generalized support functions (site management and DOL manager driven)  Report to Area Project manager and/or DOL Logistics country manager on regular basis for all Logistics-related activities and trends.
  • 3.  AREA LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR-FLUOR AFGHANISTAN To support US ARMY services on LOGCAP IV task order 5 1. I was RC NORTH Area Logistics supervisor from 08th of February 2012 until 13 July 2013 2. I was Shank Area Logistics supervisor from 01st of December 2011 until 08th of February 2012 3.   • 5. - Fleet Status Report (City Service); - Laundry Repors; - Water Distribution Activity; - Service Tracking Logs (STL’s); - Equipment Tracker; - ORR for LVM  Equipment Maintenance (Equipment Status Monitoring, ORR, ASL and critical MFR tracking) - NTV and MHE equipment status tracking, check daily ORR updates; - Monitoring of Equipment Maintenance (Deadline) NMC report; - Monitoring of critical MRF tracking for site distribution expediting; - Coordinating with Materials / Transportation to expedite delivery of materials; - Density status tracking, daily reconcile with Property Department  Subcontract Administrator (SCA / SCA Labor) - Material Requisitions (subcontracted services); - Monitor performance of services for Scope Of Work (SOW) compliance; - Sub Contracted Worker (SCW) Badge surveillance; - Subcontract accountability roster PERSAT; - Monitoring Preventative maintenance for Subcontracting equipments  Additional activities per Site manager request - Participations on cite adopt a crew program; - Leadership visits on site departments; - Scheduling and tracking movement of Fluor and subcontract personnel for business and R&R; - Working on MSOW(Master schedule of work) for camp Eggers monthly updates; - VIP personnel movement trucking and billeting for VIP rooms,  “Army of Republic of Macedonia” Kumanovo, Macedonia August 2000 – June 2010 -2007-2010- Executive officer/ Deputycompanycommander in Infantry company -2000-2007- Logistics platoon commander/Deputy company commander in Battalionsupport company  In 2007 I was reassigned at positions Deputy Company commander/Company Executive officer in 1st Infantry Company. I was on that duty until I get job with FLUOR in Afghanistan 14.June 2010. Like Company Executive officer I was responsible for following - Company administration ; - Company operations, trainings and exercises; - Preparation and participation in ISAF mission in HQ ISAF Kabul  Administration - I was responsible for administration for the platoons in the company; - Executive officer in company is responsible for all sections deliverables to and from CJ1-CJ8 (documents from company to battalion and from battalion to the company) So I have big experience in administrations, daily documents, requests and reports as

I has been responsible for four Macedonian and one UK platoons. Preparation for FP mission in Kabul HQ ISAF in Afghanistan. - planning mission personnel, - planning additional personnel for mission(reserve) - all administrative documentation for mission personnel: - administration - security, safety, background check - planning, organization and control the company training and exercise - planning, organize and execute all necessary ranges with the company - all logistics preparation for company training and exercises on the ground - all administrative preparation for mission in Afghanistan - all logistics preparation for mission in Afghanistan Responsibilities due to FP mission in Kabul HQ ISAF in Afghanistan - Reweaving and assessment of received security treat information’s for the Area of responsibility; - Preparing patrol matrix and planning patrols; - Preparation of the personnel for the patrols; - Reviewing patrols field reports; - Completing weekly summary report for each (mobile and food) patrol; - Planning and organizing the GSP (general support platoon) manpower -responsible to support HQ ISAF base activities as a part of BSG (escorting and supervising LN’s and Other country nationals workers), - Operations on ECP’s, providing physical security, control base entry access points on Gates and on restricted classified areas,  I was responsible to co-ordinate, control, plan and support all activities on the FP personnel due to the manual/visual searches of vehicles and personnel,  I was responsible to make sure that FP personnel were following all procedures and regulations regarding prohibited items on the compound’s
  • 7. entrance,  Responsible for organization and control work on Scanners and biometric systems with Fingerprints and Iris Scans on Gate.  Operating body and baggage scanners, iris scaner within the Entrance in the ISAF HQ to ensure the safety of the compound and restricted areas by identifying prohibited and restricted/hazardous items,  Responsible for organization and control work on Scanners and biometric systems with Fingerprints and Iris Scans on Gate.  Ensuring that all scanning activities/operations are completed in a professional and safe manner  Use of X-ray equipment for detecting both metallic and non-metallic objects - Performing inspections and surveys associated to activities, property, material and equipment located within the assigned boundaries of operation. - Responsible to enforce Base access policy and procedures in accordance with SOP 231 - Also I cooperate with other staff in Base support group, (British transportation Company, Engineers, Military Police, MWA, Billeting, Firefighting time, J2, Biometrics, and other Military staff and Contractors. - For that mission period I had Secret security clearance issued from Macedonian government and I work on ISAF SECRET NETWORK  Deputy company commander in Battalion Support Company 2000-2007 In this period I was responsible for following activities: - Force protection platoon in NATO HQ “Camp Able Centre” in Petrovac 2006-2007; - Responsible for Logistics platoon and communication squad; - Company administration ; - Company operations, plans for trainings and exercises;  Force protection platoon in NATO HQ “Camp Able Centre” in Petrovac 2006-2007 Beside my regular duty like Logistics Platoon Commander/Deputy Company Commander in period from 2006 until the end of 2007 I also was assigned as a Commander on Force Protection Platoon in NATO HQ “Camp Able Centre” in Petrovac, Skopje Republic of Macedonia. I that period(2006-2007) besides my regular duties I also was responsible for: - Preparations of SOP’s and personnel for taking over force protection duty in NATO HQ camp in Petrovac  Preparation for handover takeover of Force protection duty from Hungarian FP platoon;  Preparation Force protection SOP’s according NATO rules and regulation;  Exercises, trainings and preparations on FP personnel for taking over FP duty in Camp Able center in Petrovac; - Force protection on NATO HQ Camp Able Center in Perovac. Due that period I was responsible for:  Planning personnel, shifts for one week rotation system;  Trainings, planning and supervise force protection sections commanders and soldiers assigned on that duties;  Preparation personnel for next week shift;  Leading and supervise the section commander and soldiers assigned to operate Main Gate entrance point, people and vehicles search in accordance with SOP 231;
  • 8.  Leading, organizing and supervising actual shift on all points in accordance with Base Alert system levels;  Supervising the CCTV team (section commander and soldiers) who were assigned to over watch monitors and fence observations;  Training, organizing and supervising QRF team personnel for patrols;  Completion on daily summary reports to the IMP commander;  Completion on weekly summary reports to the BSG commander;  Planning, organizing and supervising activities on FP personnel in case of counter insurgence attacks and exercises;  Cooperation with the MP, and Firefighter personnel in the Camp;  Logistics platoon and communication squad responsibilities 2000-2007. In the Logistics platoon I had few different logistics sections for battalion support that I was responsible for. Like acting deputy company commander I also over watched the communication squad too. Trainings spread sheets, exercise plans, administrations requirements were part of my regularly daily activities. Below I will describe my daily activities for each Logistics section that I had under my command.  Food support in Military restaurant and restaurant warehouses-responsible : - For supervise the food service foreman (Food crevice section commander) and DFAC workers (professional soldiers) and warehouse foreman (NCO) and workers in process of preparing meals in military barracks; - To maintain and improve the quality of prepared food and Food service in general; - To manage, and over watching process of planning food reserves, ordering and storing; - To increase hygiene, safety issues and maintain the smooth running of the operation; - To managing and supervising all activities in the kitchen, dining facilities and DIFAC warehouse; - To ensure meals per shift are ready on time and according to required Military SOPs; - To organize HSE trainings for the DFAC staff and to control them that they are implemented on daily basis; - To ensure that all security procedures are adhered to, and - To ensures a safe and sanitary working environment.  Warehouse, experience: - To supervise the work and all activities of the supply and warehouse foreman (supply and warehouse section commander) and his workers (professional soldiers); - In military supply warehouses and inventory procedures involving cross-referencing commercial part numbers. I have working knowledge of scheduling techniques, cargo transport, loading procedures, and computer literacy; - I have proven leadership, management experience in a warehouse and possess excellent people skills, commercial awareness, and customer service skills, transport support, maintenance, support systems, supply concepts and procedures. Storing all material in designated locations per specification and special handling requirements,  Transportations, vehicles repairing and maintenance responsible: - To supervise the NCO for transport and maintenance (transport and maintenance section commanders), and their transportation, maintenance and vehicle repairing workers (professional soldiers); - To assure that all drivers are conducting daily vehicles inspections properly and reporting any conditions requiring service and/or repair. - To plan and enforce safety requirements on the drivers and to supervise the assigned soldiers on Life support transport missions - Ensure highest level of vehicle and staff safety through compliance with all assigned
  • 9. procedures, plans, and programs - Supervision and assistance on the company administrator in preparations of the operational reports and perform other administrative duties if needed: - Participate in convoy planning and enforce safety discipline and rules during convoy operations.  Fuel distribution system responsibilities - To supervise the fuel distribution system foreman (fuel distribution system section commander) and fuel station operators (professional soldiers). - To plan, organize, supervises and coordinates all activities of workers on fuel station and conduct inspections; - Supervise the dispensing process of fuel into vehicles, transferring fuel from trucks to the tanks and/or bladders, and tanks to the trucks; - Supervise, monitoring and control how the operators(soldiers) are operating fuel at storage areas, how they are conducting fuel inventory and are they following the fuel distribution Health and Safety rules and regulations;  Company administration responsibilities2000-20007. Like deputy commander I was responsible for all different kind of trucking reports, spread sheets…for the company.
