Duties and Responsibilities
 To coordinate with production packaging, products for transfer ahead of time.
 To receive finished goods from production packaging based on finished goods Transfer slip
 To check every finished good, identify including its lot number, expiration and manufacturing date and quantity
based on finished good transfer slip.
 To coordinate with marketing coordinator, WPI warehouses, Euro health with regards to their stocks for
delivery.
 To keep update stock card based on sales invoice, stock transfer, D.R. etc.
 To file warehouse records and documents.
 To counter check the validity of signatures who receives the stocks based on the assigned personnel of the
customer.
 To prepare monthly schedule and reports of the nearly expiry and damages stocks.
 To check stocks for deliveries.
 To conduct monthly physical inventory of finished goods.
 To check antibiotics products based on the approved batch notification.
 To monitor environmental monitoring of the finished goods warehouse.
 To be in-charge in cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
 To assign daily schedule of sub-ordinates.
 To coordinate with the clients a day before the delivery date.
 To prepare documents needed before loading stocks for delivery.
 To dispatch the daily scheduled deliveries.
 To evaluate performance of sub-ordinated according to admin ruling.
 To ensure established SOP’s are followed by the department.
 To review and update SOP’s as per required by regulatory agency.
 Keep the delivery truck in good and working condition.
 Provide the subordinates on proper handling of stocks from transfer of production, warehousing and transport up
to receiving of clients.
