Campus / University Recruiting:
1) Campus recruitment exposure with IIT (Kharaghpur, Kanpur, Bombay), MIT Chennai
and local colleges in Karnataka.
2) Managing relationships with college’s staff and faculty members, representatives.
3) Coordinating with Hiring Managers and Business Head on a need basis to understand
current hiring requirements Campus/Off-campus recruiting, Interns.
4) Coordinating with team members to manage and execute on-campus events and
activities (Aptitude test, written test, Technical test) to assist in the recruitment.
5) Coordinating with College admin and arranging sessions with students and faculty
members to represent about company, work environment, career growth, also
information sessions with technical managers, etc.
6) Managing all aspects of summer internship program from IIT colleges and Assigned
colleges
7) Handling Job Fair, Campus/Off campus Recruitments, Internship programme by
coordinating with respective college
Talent Acquisition:
 Coordinating with hiring managers and business head to understand the manpower
requirement on quarterly target. Job description and also guiding them on availability of
resources.
 Sourcing of profiles from database, employee referrals, consultants, web portals, Social
network.
 Preliminary level screening of CV’s, and forwarding the shortlisted resumes to technical
team.
 Hands on exposure in identifying the right profile. Know how the talent mapping
according to industry and domain.
 Facilitating interviews with respective stake holders.
 Frequently following up with technical team to manage candidate feedback, and closing
the loop with candidates on the selection process.
 Suggesting the grade structure & salary fitment if there is any disturbance in hiring.
 Collecting set of checklist documents from selected candidates to make an offer.
 Explaining the offer & company policies (offer negotiation based on predefined salary
matrix and approval as specified by the C&B Team) and after mutual acceptance issuing
the offer letters to the candidate.
 Maintaining contact with the candidate from the offer acceptance (resolving the queries if

 Publishing the internal Job posing (IJP) for Internal Employees - to apply for suitable
position with respective Business unit.

Pre- Onboarding:
 Pre-verification from the tool (RPS) whether the candidate have any criminal records.
 Coordinating for Pre-Employment medical examination, Background verification.

(Stationary) on the joining day.
 Coordinating with IT team to ensure that hardware, Phone for the new employees within
TAT.
 Making sure that new Joiner’s data is appropriate in PeopleSoft, SharePoint & outlook &
any Subsequent changes in PeopleSoft & SharePoint.
Onboarding:
 New Joiner’s on-boarding, conducting compliance training, Induction and completion of
the requisite Joining Formalities, Bank account.
 Getting introducing new joiners for respective team members to undergo the various
activities as part of joining formalities (compliance training, Business cards etc).
 Ensuring that the employees have their access for SharePoint to update their daily charge
code (time sheet) on the projects.
 Preparing and maintaining employee’s personal files with all necessary documents as per
Legal standards.
MIS & Reports:
 Prepare, and update the Headcount file for business unit at regular intervals (Weekly)
and provide an accurate Headcount based on boarding report as per set deadlines.
 Preparation of reports on Requirement Status, Offers released, Joiners, Sources used and
other related reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for manpower planning, pan India Recruitment and developing Talent
Acquisition plans
 Responsible for Campus recruitment as well as lateral hires across all levels
 Coordinating with respective functional and Business heads to define recruitment
requirements and defining interview process.
 Ensuring that all new hiring requisition will place in system with all the approvals
