Currently Working in ALLIED SERVICES INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE
LIMITED (ASIL) since 2012 to 2016 as a RECRUITMENT CO ORDINATOR
Allied Services International provides Manpower need to Middle East
companies & Giant groups (mostly are the Oil & Gas, Power
Plant, FMCG, Textile, Petrochemicals and Building

Job Responsibilities:
 Create new ideas for department growth.
 Talent Hunt.
 Seek out applicants to fill job openings.
 Running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests,
personality questionnaires and various group activities.
 Ensures the Recruitment and Staffing activities are accomplished.
 To supervise CV searches, shortlists, candidate interviews to determine if candidates are
suitable for internal opening/s or for retention on the HR database.
 Coordinate and liaison with Business Units for smooth execution of recruitment & selection
process.
 Operational and managerial activities of recruitment & selection. Selecting the most efficient
Recruitment Strategies like Direct Mailing, Executive Search & Selection, Contingency
Database, Search Strong Candidate Network, Local & National Advertising Campaigns in
Specialist Publications, Employee Referrals, and GD(Graduate Directories) etc.
 Managing all recruitment activities- National & International related to the middle & senior
level positions.
 Process and review employment application in order to evaluate qualification and eligibility of
applicants, this includes screening and short listing the candidates resumes as per client
requirement.
 Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information before processing them for technical
evaluations.
 Responsible for offer negotiation, preparation of employment offers & contracts.
 Making the data base of candidates.
 Maintain the files of each category of employment.
 Conducting & maintaining candidate’s interview & evaluation sheets if assigned by Directors.
 Assist the Client in all stages of recruitment Cycle.
 Calling the candidates for interview with client.
 Scheduling the date and time for interview with client.
 Direct Correspondents with Client.
 Receive and managed the documents of each candidates.
 Responsible for international recruitment activities across the organization
 Ability to recruit technical professionals e.g. Technician, Power Plant, Civil, Mechanical,
Electrical, IT, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounts & Finance.
 Visiting Outstation to conducting the interview as per Client’s Specification.
 Conducting Pre-Qualification of Training providers and ensuring training programs are
customized as per Clients Requirement.
 Track all offers (approved/rejected) to ensure clear, accurate communication
 Coordinate with different agencies for recruitment depends on client’s specification. Sourcing
candidates through various internet job boards.
 Posting adverts of the vacancies on different job boards and advert-response management
 Searching/headhunting relevant candidates from the database, market intelligence, social
media platforms as well as from referrals.
 Screening and matching candidates to the job specification
 Initial screening, interviewing and reference check of candidates, as per client’s requirement.
 Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing key clients, mainly from
Corporate and SME sectors. Frequently conduct market research on customers’ needs and
share it with Senior Management in order to improve our online recruitment tools, services
and business activities.
