Davin is proud that he continues to challenge himself everyday through this course. He has learned about the importance of play and mindfulness for managing stress. The course materials on mindfulness particularly intrigued him and helped him better understand his emotions. Going forward, he will use the weekly planning tools and stress management techniques learned in this course to achieve his career and personal goals.

What are you especially proud of accomplishing this month?
 I am proud that I continue to push myself to be better every day. This course has provided
me with knowledge that I will continue to use through out my educational journey as well
my everyday life. I did not understand the concept of play coming into this course but I
now know play is an essential part of my day.
What would you do differently if you could start the month over?
 If I could start the month over, I think I would listen to more of the podcasts and choose a
couple of different quests to complete just so I could continue to challenge myself.
Although I am happy with the quests I did choose, I like to challenge myself to be better
every day and choosing other quests would give me new experiences.
What topics, ideas, or areas did this course make you want to explore further? How did they
affect you and your thinking?
 The week 4 reading material was really interesting to me. Mindfulness was the most
intriguing topic for. I learned how to be more aware of the emotions I am feeling in
moments of stress and how I can better react when I am aware of them. I also did not
know that stress can cause your brain to shrink. Overall, this was a great course, and I am
glad to have taken it.
In what ways can you see this course impacting your career and how you achieve your short-
term and long-term goals as a professional and as a person?
 This course was very informative. The quests I completed such as the weekly plan were
very helpful in providing me the tools, I needed to be ready for my week. I will continue
to use the weekly plan in the future. I will also be more aware of how I am feeling
emotionally when I am stressed and be able to handle situations better because of this
course. Taking a digital detox will also be a good habit to continue.
