2. TOP THREE FAVORITE CLASS ASSIGNMENTS
➤ Self-Assessment : The self-assessment was a very interesting
and informative assignment. I found out a lot about myself
during this assignment. I found out what is best for me and
how to stay on track with my strengths and weaknesses.
➤ DAPPS Goal-Setting : This assignment helped me out a lot.
It helped me by placing goals that are achievable if I put the
time into it. Now it is easier to set daily and monthly goals.
➤ Letter to next class : I really enjoyed writing the letter to the
upcoming class. It’s nice to have someone have an ear for your
opinions. It also made me realize how helpful this course is
and how the skills I have learned really improved.
3. TOP THREE FAVORITE JOURNALS
➤ Chapter 2 Journal Entry 8 : This journal entry was a little
difficult, but it helped me a lot. It made me realize how often
we use our Inner Critic, Defender, and Guide, and how I can
start using better judgments.
➤ Chapter 8 Journal Entry 29 : This journal made me realize a
lot about myself and the actions I took in situations. I realized
that the situations that made me feel anger and sadness
brought back many emotions. I realized how I could’ve handled
the problem in a different way by being the bigger person.
➤ Chapter 4 Journal 13 : This journal made me realize how
much of my time is wasted. I learned how to manage my time
more wisely and in an organized way.
4. FAVORITE MODULE
➤ Module 4
Module 4 was over prioritizing, time management, and
self management tools. I found this the most helpful
because self-discipline has helped me the most in
college. Learning about the quadrant chart helped
organize my courses and everyday activities.
5. THREE LESSONS LEARNED
➤ Accepting Personal Responsibility : Accepting the fact
that everyone has faults, and that no one is perfect,
makes life easier knowing that you have the
responsibility of your own actions and outcomes.
➤ Time Management : I find time management very
important in any situation. Managing time will lead me
to better outcomes and help me reach my goals easier.
➤ Metacognition : It is the process of understanding
yourself through many process. I believe this tool will
help lead me to better decisions and opportunities in life.

semester in Personally
Responsibility did
improve in some areas.
In accepting personal
responsibility my first
score was a 72 and went
up to an 80 the second
time. I believe this is he
most increased score and
most improving over the
semester. Accepting
personal responsibility
can be difficult, but it is
a great life-long tool.
7. LETTER TO NEXT CLASS PT.ONE
At first I honestly thought this class would be just another
blow off class and a waste of time. In the learning frameworks
course I have learned many life-long tools to help me succeed
and achieve my goals. The assignments are enjoyable because
you learn a lot about yourself in this course. This class also
provides many tips and encouragement to become successful
with your life-plan and goals. I found that Learning
Frameworks helped put me on the right track to success.
8. LETTER TO NEXT CLASS PT.TWO
Before the learning frameworks course I did not study, only the
night before and I wouldn't call that studying. This course has
taught me the correct ways to study and actually learn, by
understanding how I personally learn and think; what
techniques are best for me.
9. Life After I
Accomplish
My Dreams
After all of my goals and dreams are
accomplished I plan to be working in the
Dallas, Texas area in a larger hospital
working in Radiology. I plan to have my
prince charming by my side with his
dreams accomplished as well. I plan to
have my dream home and animals to go
along with it. My next goals will to be
planning for a family of three and live
happily ever after.
