This document summarizes the career experience of an IT professional providing onsite technical support for various government agencies and private companies. Their responsibilities included break/fix support, software troubleshooting, hardware installations, and system maintenance for a wide range of servers, desktops, laptops, and printers from vendors such as IBM, HP, Dell, and Sun. They also performed network installations, security clearance background checks, and software rollouts and upgrades.

1. Career Experience…
Provided onsite service and support for many major vendors, such as, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Okidata,
and many other computer manufacturers.
Products range from all servers, desktops, laptops, printers.
Provide telephone support as well as remotely fixing software issues.
Responsible For break/fix, re-imaging computers, backing up all user data, printer repair, establishing IP
address for printers on various corporate networks.
Responsible for Rollouts, Upgrades and Virus Protection for all users.
Responsible for Install/Adds/Move/Change of desktops and laptops.
Responsible for reimages and deployments, backup of outlook email, and end users data.
Provide level 2 onsite and offsite support for all users.
Provide Break/fix of HP Compaq ProLiant Servers and Sun Servers in Data Center and Back Office
locations.
Break/fix on all HP Laser printers and Plotter printers.
Installed high speed routers and scripts to ensure connectivity.

IRS, Internal Revenue Service: Installed and setup USAccess, Identification / Badging System.
SSA, Social Security Administration: Replacement and rack cabling of Cisco Routers and switches.
NYS OTDA, Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance: Back office Genicom Printer Break/fix
support.
VBA, Veterans Benefits Administration: Cisco router and switch swap out replacement.
Constellation Energy Group - Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, Ontario, NY: IMAC de-installation of Hewlett
Packard Laser printers.

Global Crossing: Provided SUN Server break/fix hardware support.
XO Communications: Provided desk side workstation, break/fix, and software support.
Verizon: Break/fix and support for users at satellite office facilities and remote users throughout
upstate NY.
Citizens Bank: Support Back Office, and branches for hardware and software, throughout upstate NY.
Xerox: Provided support for network connections to workstations from patch panels to Cisco switches,
and on call Cisco switch and router, troubleshooting and restarts at various local locations. Also provided
outside vendor access and escort.

Staples: HP Server, on call, break/fix hardware support.
Dupont: VAX and Hewlett Packard Server hardware support.
Nortel: Provided desk side, work station, and printer support, and inventory, during company breakup.
