Provided onsite service and support for many major vendors, such as, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Okidata,
and many other computer manufacturers.
Products range from all servers, desktops, laptops, printers.
Provide telephone support as well as remotely fixing software issues.
Responsible For break/fix, re-imaging computers, backing up all user data, printer repair, establishing IP
address for printers on various corporate networks.
Responsible for Rollouts, Upgrades and Virus Protection for all users.
Responsible for Install/Adds/Move/Change of desktops and laptops.
Responsible for reimages and deployments, backup of outlook email, and end users data.
Provide level 2 onsite and offsite support for all users.
Provide Break/fix of HP Compaq ProLiant Servers and Sun Servers in Data Center and Back Office
locations.
Break/fix on all HP Laser printers and Plotter printers.
Installed high speed routers and scripts to ensure connectivity.
