SUMMARY
I am an extremely capable tech in all areas of the field. My main focus is on
Computer and Network Security. I have been building computers for around
10 years now and have been working on networks for around 6. I enjoy
solving puzzles and finding solutions that best fit all criteria. I am friendly,
great with customer service, and have managerial experience. I am a team
player but I am comfortable working alone.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Operating Systems
· I am proficient with Mac OSX, Windows XP; Vista; 7; 8 and 8.1, and Linux
Ubuntu and Mint. I am comfortable with Windows Server 2012 and Kali
Linux. I enjoy working within the terminal without the use of a GUI.
Software
· As stated above, I am well versed in most operating systems. Other
software includes but is not limited to Windows Office, Server Manager,
CMD and Terminal, Power Shell, PuTTY, Wireshark, and other forensic
security programs. I have experience in restoring data off corrupted hard
drives as well as flash drives and SD cards.
EXPERIENCE
February 2015 Server Upgrade/Systems Upgrade, In Your Ear Music Emporium
· This job required me to replace two computers and wipe and upgrade a
third one. One was a server computer running SQL Server 2012 in addition
to ExtremePOS software. I replaced two Windows XP computers with
brand new Windows 7 units. Fully backed up and restored all inventory for
use within ExtremePOS. Networked in the main register and a secondary
peon. The peon was a newer computer that was wiped clean and had a
new copy of Windows 7 installed on it. I also installed anti-virus and
Microsoft office products.

· The client wanted security cameras installed in his auto repair shop. His
parameters were high definition cameras that worked 24 hours a day and
to be able to access them over the network. I installed five security
cameras along with the Lorex Surveillance System. I networked in and
opened the ports necessary for him to access the cameras from home or
on the go.
Hardware Jobs Completed
· Replaced a multitude of hard drives in laptops and desktops. Replaced
several laptop screens.
Software Jobs Completed
· Proficient in removing virus infections, rootkits, and Trojans. Data recovery
off several different mediums including hard drives, solid state drives, flash
drives, and SD cards. Password recovery for operating systems, wireless
APs, and locked folders and files. QoS and network upgrades for both
home and business. Familiar with port forwarding. Experience with DoS
and Intrusion Detection Systems and attacks. I have installed and set up
Windows XP through 8.1, Mac OSX, Linux Systems and Windows Server. I
can write batch code is necessary.
