PC and Laptop Computers
Here's how laptop and PC computers is used by
hardware technician :
 Installed new PCs and laptop computers, installed
software, performed repairs and upgrades.
 Installed, maintained and upgraded Windows desktop
and Windows laptop computers..
 Repair of both desktop and laptop computers.
 Configure new and existing desktop  laptop computers
including hardware and software upgrades, and
repair/replacement of all hardware.

Computer System
Here's how computer system is used by hardware
technician :
 Respond to customer requirements by installing,
configuring, troubleshooting, repairing and training
customers on computer systems and peripheral
equipment.
 Perform routine preventative maintenance on all
computer system equipment, ensuring hardware
integrity.
 Diagnosed potentially defective computer systems via
voice support.

Microsoft Windows
Here's how Microsoft windows is used by hardware
technician :
 Upgraded laptops with New version of Microsoft
Windows.
 Diagnosed and solved Microsoft Windows issues.
 Worked as helpdesk department by calling satellite
clinics to update and repair of computers remotely using
Microsoft Windows Terminal Services.
 Performed Microsoft Windows upgrades, full
hardware/software installations and service - Performed
testing/troubleshooting to determine product needs and
service solutions.

Test Equipment
 Test equipment is a mechanical tool or a device
which is used create signals and gather
response from an electronic device under test. It
helps in detecting any faults in the device .

troubleshooting ,and providing desktop support.
 Performed remote desktop support, via VPN, using PC

 A software application is any computer program
developed and used by consumers, such as Microsoft's
suite of products (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook, etc.), Internet browsers such as Firefox, Safari,
and Chrome.
 The software application is designed to help the user
perform specific tasks - personal, educational, and
business functions.

 Provided day-to-day support to end-user computer
hardware and software applications.
 Install, upgrade and configure Windows, MS-DOS, and
various software applications.

Ethernet
 Ethernet refers to a system that connects a series of
computers in a local area network (LAN). This is often
done through Ethernet cables, which plug into a router or
other port in the modem in addition to the computer port.
As Ethernet connects only a local network, there are
more protocols regarding how information is transmitted.
 Here's how Ethernet is used by hardware technician
 Re-routed Ethernet cables to go from the wall data ports,
to the digital phone
 Connected the Ethernet cable from the digital phone to
the personal computer.
 Installed and altered Ethernet and fiber optic connection
