• Managed the database ACT! of nearly 10,000 hospitals and 2,000 technicians, keeping track of hospital staffing needs, active employee
assignment termination dates and assignment availability.
• Led initiative to establish a presence in the social media network. While being responsible for developing social media campaign, used

work performed impacted daily operations, increasing the number of active employees by creating a channel to easily communicate and

• Business acumen was realized and was given the responsibility to undertake market research for the leading product of newly acquired
manufacturer Power Device Technologies. Direct result of efforts showed low marketability of product in our region. Using analytic skills
and knowledge of the industry was able to recommend that venture would be much more time consuming and at the same time less profitable
than current products. Senior leadership put these recommendations into practice, and as a result Anclote Surgical was able to minimize
its opportunity cost and pursue more profitable acquisitions.
• Assisted in contacting hospitals to inquire about surgical equipment needs for future sales. Continuous exposure to such communication
helped to strengthen professional interpersonal skills.

following a career ending injury to our team's best player. We went on to have a winning season from when I assumed the position.
• Due to exemplary past performance, and recognition of team leadership, selected to start first ever college game against the top defensive
line in the Ivy League. Throughout the remainder of the season was recognized by head coach as achieving extraordinary performance
and along with continuous success and was thus rewarded twice with Offensive Lineman of the week. My ability to fill in and succeed in
these circumstances demonstrated ability to excel in high-pressure situations.
