Professional Experience
United States Army, 2005-present
SSG – Currently working on 12th year of career with the U.S. Army. Gained upper-level manager
status. Participated in the setup/initiation of the Homeland Response Force (HRF). Deployed once
in 2007 as a gunner for convoy operations in Mosul, Iraq. Provided knowledge and perspectives in
the 145th FA C BTRY as a unit armorer and supply sergeant. Provided the Decontamination
Element (DECON) portion of the CERFP with the essential supplies to complete every mission or
task that was given.
A successful record for managing complex organizations, supervising 10 to 20 personnel through
hundreds of line-management personnel, responsible for millions of dollars in assets. Specific
duties and achievements include:
Management: Supervised a 4 to 5 man DECON supply element each time a mission was conducted. Trained and
oversaw Soldiers of varied levels of experience in key tasks to ensure logistical needs were met in
the absence of direct supervision. Appointed Platoon Sergeant 06-01-2014 which includes:
implementing training schedules, counseling’s, disseminating information to lowest levels;
maintaining current alert rosters of 40 soldiers; and ensuring soldiers have all training aids to be
successful inside and out of military. Also ensure 75 soldiers have 100% accountability of all
sensitive items and equipment at all times.
Operations & Logistics: Primary logistics Non-Commissioned Officer for the 115th Maintenance Company
Decontamination Element; responsible for $25 million of equipment. Managed a $719,000 budget.
Responsible for controlling the procurement of durable and expendable items under a constrained
budget. A recognized expert in planning and executing complex operations with 100% accuracy
and success, including the scheduling and movement of millions dollars’ worth of equipment to
support and maintain operations. Responsible for maintaining equipment to retain mission
readiness. Work with a $5000 monthlybudget to procure expendable, non-expendable, and
durable items to maintain mission readiness.

Cost Control:
A highly skilled technical individual; computer literate, and able to maximize management
information systems to increase profitability, knowledgeable on adobe programs. Work with
programs such as, GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System), PBUSE (Property Book
Unit Supply Enhance), IFAM, GCSS-Army (Global Combat Support System), LIW (Logistics
Information Warehouse), and FEDLOG.
Training & Development: Completed Warrior Leader Course to expand already developed leadership skills in 2011.
Completed PEC supplycourse in 2011. Completed multiple classes on logistics and budgeting
from 2011 to 2015. Completed advanced leader course on 01-19-2016. CPR Certified. DOD
Preparation of Hazardous Material for Transportation Course (HM00204) completed 08-12-2016.
