management strategies for military operations across multiple internal/external organizations.
Senior Logistics Management Officer 2012 – 2015
Ft. Meade, Maryland
Serves as the Senior Logistics Management Officer on the First Army Division East Staff. Provide regulatory guidance
and instructions to special staff directorates, Training Support Battalion Commanders, Senior Army Adviser, Guard
Commanders and key personnel concerning all functional logistics programs.
Facilitated the negotiation of multimillion-dollar contracts that covered a two-year period, saving the US

items, and used Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) as a contract payment tool. Insured the maintenance of document
registers, suspense files, and monitored and approved all transactions affecting the property book. Ensured compliance
with the current Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA). Reviewed requisitions and lateral transfer records.
Developed databases, reports and automated routines for the use of tracking expenditures and managed
logistics support systems.

Property Book Officer/Commander Emergency Relief Program Manager 2005 – 2009

• Meritorious Service Medal - Coordinated and negotiated a multi-million dollar contract to establish and sustain a
military task force for numerous coalition locations in Afghanistan that provided 80 additional civilian jobs and extended
contracts for over 100 Afghan companies.
• Army Safety Guardian Award – Saving the lives of two service members who received serious injuries during a traffic
