management strategies for military operations across multiple internal/external organizations.
Senior Logistics Management Officer 2012 – 2015

Serves as the Senior Logistics Management Officer on the First Army Division East Staff. Provide regulatory guidance
and instructions to special staff directorates, Training Support Battalion Commanders, Senior Army Adviser, Guard
Commanders and key personnel concerning all functional logistics programs.

Conducted training programs for hand receipt holders. Insured PBUSE inputs were electronically processed for contracted
items, and used Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) as a contract payment tool. Insured the maintenance of document
registers, suspense files, and monitored and approved all transactions affecting the property book. Ensured compliance
with the current Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA). Reviewed requisitions and lateral transfer records.
 Developed databases, reports and automated routines for the use of tracking expenditures and managed
logistics support systems.
 Made relevant information available to stakeholders as planned in Communication Plan including working with
stakeholders to meet their needs
Property Book Officer/Commander Emergency Relief Program Manager 2005 – 2009
Fort Bragg, North Carolina
Ensured that CERP projects are in accordance with CERP guidelines outlined in DoDFMR 7000.14-R, Volume 12,
Chapter 27and assists the G9/S9 in coordinating CERP requirements through the organization’s functional staff and
senior management.
Duties The CERP Manager provides liaison between the subordinate organizations and higher levels of management in
relation to all CERP projects executed under his/her supervisor’s authority by ensuring consistency between subordinate

maintenance schedules and cost-control practices, and slashed support costs from $1.3 million to $230K.

Served as an Inventory Management Specialist responsible for providing staff direction and technical guidance to one or
more elements of the command in supply management involving equipment authorization, acquisition, and accountability;
inventory management; equipment replacement programs; and equipment identification replacement programs; and
equipment identification for a wide variety of specialized research and developmental equipment.
AWARDS
• Meritorious Service Medal - Coordinated and negotiated a multi-million dollar contract to establish and sustain a
military task force for numerous coalition locations in Afghanistan that provided 80 additional civilian jobs and extended
contracts for over 100 Afghan companies.
• Army Safety Guardian Award – Saving the lives of two service members who received serious injuries during a traffic
accident, due to my immediate application of First Aid both Soldiers survived and were able to return to duty.
