PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Facilities Manager Fort Hood, TX April 2013 - Present
 Served as a liaison between lower and upper leadership for the U.S. Army Barracks
Program working with fifteen DOD civilians and twenty five hundred active duty
Soldiers.
 Constantly reviewed and evaluated new policy and procedures delegated down from the
Department of Army. Supervised a staff of 6 personnel; ensuring they executed
inspection plans while in compliance with all regulations.
 Improved workplace efficiencies through re-organization and development of new
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); which improved safety, security, and welfare for
all residents.
 Trained the staff to implement Repair Procedures in order to expedite quality control for

military housing system using Excel spreadsheets.

Senior Manager/Operational Manager Fort Hood, TX July 2011 - April 2013
 Served as the Senior Manager for organization, managed integrated sustainment support

 Managed the development and implementation of all logistics program activities
including Integrated Logistical Support (ILS), provisioning, and coordinating efforts of
120 personnel to maintain 95% operational readiness.
 Accountable for the receipt, handling, and storage, of 110 items of rolling parts stock

 Provided leadership, training and logistical coordination. Managed safety, welfare, and
maintenance of 120 personnel, 80 wheeled vehicles, 120 M16 weapons and various items

 Managed the human resource actions to include promotions, awards, assignments and
leaves for 120 personnel, reducing the backlog by 60% enabling personnel to gain

Instructor Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD October 2008 - December 2011
 Served as Senior Instructor directly accountable for the Advanced Initial Training for
over 1500 Soldiers annually. Served as the principal advisor to Commander on all
student issues.
 Acted as a primary planner for all actions involving training and coordinating staff
participation in all exercises.
 Provided technical, combat, and operational expertise for over 300 Soldiers during a
nine-week training cycle; teaching them the skills needed in order to survive in a combat

Quality Control Supervisor Fort Bliss, TX July 2005 - July 2008
 Supervised and directed all aspects of the maintenance operations in support of six
hundred and twenty Soldiers.
 Managed organization's preventative maintenance program that included ninety wheeled
vehicles, 10 generators, and 20 trailers with a 95% operational readiness.
 Trained, evaluated, and certified twenty drivers in operating a variety of equipment that
resulted in being the first of 8 units ready for deployment.
 Closely tracked the calibration of over 500 pieces of Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic
Equipment and submitted over 2,000 samples annually to the Army Oil Analysis
