Designed, organized and monitored the unit web portal. Trained, helped and advised
other Knowledge Managers on content management of their individual sections web
pages. Led large-scale, mission-critical Information Technology projects, during a pre-
deployment training event that utilized SharePoint 2010 as a platform to introduce system
efficiencies.
Obtained knowledge and performed tasks using LogFed, battle tracking, personnel
trackers, remote audio-visual systems for briefings and online conferences on a day to
day basis in a Support Operations Center and in large scale training exercises.
Managed and tracked different classes of supply with an Authorized Stockage List valued
in excess of $300,000. Coordinated between supply support activities, material managers,
distribution depots, resource management and LOGSA bringing the zero-balance with
due-outs for supported units down from 9% to 1% while processing over 800 Manager
Review Files with a 100% accuracy.
MATERIAL MANAGER/EQUIPMENT RECEIVING AND PARTS DIRECTOR
Managed the tracking and flow of repair parts, maintenance, man-hour accounting and
total cost of ownership for 800 lines of equipment. Controlled and filed over 1700 pieces
of equipment valued at over $125 million as a Logistical maintenance supervisor.
Reorganized an enormous Primary Load List from scratch, turning in over 1000 lines of
stock, resulting in a savings to the government of over $75 million.

Provided direct support for 94 units located on the South Korea peninsula. Opened,
tracked and organized over 1800 maintenance type work orders for equipment valued in
excess of $85,000. Skilled efficiency allowed the section to attain a 100% reconciliation
rate for 11 consecutive months.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Planned, directed and coordinated the care and maintenance of over $3 million worth of
facilities housing and servicing for over 6,000 employees.
Received, tracked, organized and called in, with 100% accuracy, over 1,000 critical work
orders.
