2015 – Present: SupervisoryTraining Specialist/Master Resilience Trainer - Supervises and
manages a work force of over 350 personnel in the 597th
Transportation Brigade. Coordinates
administrative matters, communications activities and training programs. Prepare tactical plans and
training materials. Provide staff supervision, policy, and guidance for personnel and cargo movement
by air, rail, motor and water transport. As the post Master Resilience Trainer, develop and teach various
programs to improve an organization's readiness and resilience; developing policy guidance to improve
and sustain personal readiness; and managing a ready and resilient program for newly arrived Soldiers
and their families. Coordinates and conducts professional seminars, workshops, trainings, briefings,
and conferences with military and civilian agencies. Serves as a member of the community resilience
working group, implementing professional and spiritual activities to the Fort Eustis community and the
newly arrived students in their Advanced Individual Training.
2012 – 2015: Logistics Supervisor - Served as the Operations Noncommissioned Officer in charge of
a forward-deployed Transportation Battalion under 598th

Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC). Performed import/export cargo tracking and contract
compliance during vessel loading and discharge operations; ensuring compliance with governing laws,
directives, systems or programs for cargo and unit moves. Acted as a liaison between the Army Air
Mobility Command and customer agencies. Provided technical direction, management, and evaluation
of the traffic management and unit movement aspects of the DOD transportation movement program.
Utilized automated transportation systems such as, Global Air Transportation Execution System
(GATES) and the Integrated Booking System (IBS), to track cargo, cargo bookings, and conduct
research. Supervised enlisted and contract personnel in the maintenance and operation of a vehicle
fleet worth over $30M.
2008 – 2012: Contracting Officer Representative - Monitored three Heavy Lift VI Line Haul fixed-
price multi-year contracts worth $750M and three smaller variety of cost contracts valued at over $4M;
monitored contract performance through telephone conversations, correspondence, site visits,
inspections, progress reports, and analysis of contractor metrics, for compliance with performance
standards, applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, inspections, progress reports, and

other requirements stated in the contract. Reviewed Statement of Work ensuring contractors were in
compliance. Experienced working with/under subject matter experts for various contracting methods.
Conducted meetings with contractors and maintained contract information files, compiled a vast
knowledge of suppliers to respond to questions from customers, processed receiving reports, and
resolved billing errors and disputes between customers and contractors. Verified contractor
performance of technical requirements, acceptance of government’s services, maintaining liaison and
direct communications with the contractors while managing asset requirements and enforced contract

nets, slings, ropes, cables, wire, rope and other cargo operations gear. Enforce safety practices.
Prepares, consolidate, and reviews administrative, personnel, and technical reports covering unit
activities. Assigns cargo handlers, signal and winch operators to duty stations. Provide technical
guidance to subordinates. Inspects cargo, supervises cargo checking and hatch operations, controls
aircraft loading and unloading to include helicopter external sling loading operations, oversees railhead
tie down crews, directs container stuffing and un-stuffing, plans warehouse storage, and manages
crane operations. Supervises operator maintenance for cargo handling equipment such as cranes and
