2. Caitlyn Brumley was born and raised in
Oklahoma, along with her three siblings. She fell
in love with music growing up, which led her
down the path to attending concerts. Currently
enrolled in the Music Business program at Full
Sail University, Caitlyn dreams of becoming a Tour
Manager for artists and bands. She desires to
empower and uplift others, while working to
change the music industry for the better.

Mid Term: (2030)
•Land a job or internship as a Tour Manager Assistant.
‣ Working at Live Nation, I will have constant contact with
Managers of all aspects. Network, keep in contact, and send
resumes to 30 Tour Managers before December 31st, 2029.
‣ Gain experience by helping at least 15 smaller bands book
dates and set tour details in place.
Long Term: (2040)
•Become an independent, international Tour Manager.
‣ Expand my network by 50% with PopPunk & Rock band
managers, booking agents, and venue managers.
‣ Market myself on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
with my education and experience.
‣ Tour as an independent manager within the United States for 5
tours before December 31st, 2039.

You know how there is a huge intimacy gap
between major artists and their fans during
showtime in big arenas? Well, what I do is create that
fun, safe atmosphere for fans to connect with the artist and each other. In fact,
I’ve been working towards creating new guidelines and tactics to make touring
more personable for fans. Meet & Greets are too expensive for the average fan
and only last for several seconds. I believe they’re overrated. I am passionate
about this issue and confident that I can solve it.
