 Reviews Key Performance Indicators daily and prepare to discuss with store manager and district

 Reviews and analyzes loss prevention data and develops and implements action plans to reduce loss.
 Analyzes pharmacy performance indicators and works with the pharmacy manager to enhance the
performance of the pharmacy.
 Assists the store manager in the identification of sales opportunities to ensure the growth.

 Ensures training of team members; provides coaching, mentoring, and support career development.
 Plans staffing needs, manages candidate pool, participates in the interview process and makes hiring
decision.

 Promotes teamwork and motivates team members by establishing expectations, tracking results, showing

requested by Store Manager, District Management, and corporate leaders.
