PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Held directly accountable for leveraging strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills and industry
knowledge to drive sales and profit for multiple stores representing total volume over $75M. Fully responsible
for partnering with store teams to observe, evaluate, and direct merchandise execution processes, plan and direct
workload planning, manage payroll/non-payroll expense control, and to recruit, train, and coach team members.
